2. Services Provided
• Design Services:

Includes website design, UI/UX design, landing page design and logo design.

• Development Services:

Includes website development, CMS web development, wordpress development and PHP web development.

• Digital Marketing Services:

Includes Search Engine Optimization, social media marketing, facebook marketing, and Google ads.

• Web Analytics Services:

Includes Google analytic, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Looker Studio and Facebook Event Manager.

3. Payment Terms
• Invoices:

All services will be invoiced upon completion or as per the agreed milestones.

• Payment Due:

Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

• Late Payments:

Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month.

4. Client Responsibilities
• Content and Materials:

Clients must provide all necessary content and materials for the completion of the project.

• Approval:

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all work before final delivery.

• Communication:

Clients must maintain open and timely communication throughout the project duration.

5. Confidentiality
• Client Information:

The Weblish agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any information to third parties without the client’s consent.

• Project Details:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of project details and proprietary information.

6. Intellectual Property
• Ownership:

All intellectual property rights for work produced by The Weblish will be transferred to the client upon full payment.

• Usage Rights:

The Weblish retains the right to use completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless expressly prohibited by the client.

7. Revisions and Modifications
• Revisions:

The Weblish offers a specific number of revisions as part of the service. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• Modifications:

Any changes requested by the client after project completion will be subject to additional fees.

8. Termination and Cancellation
• Termination by Client:

Clients can terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Refunds will be provided based on the work completed up to the termination date.

• Termination by The Weblish:

The Weblish reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the client breaches any terms and conditions or fails to make payments.

9. Liability
• Limitation of Liability:

The Weblish is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Warranty:

The Weblish provides services "as is" without any warranties or guarantees.

10. Governing Law
• Jurisdiction:
